Your Life Your Voice offers support for teenagers through calls, texts, and emails. Trained counselors are available 24/7 to provide advice for real-life situations. You can reach them by phone at (800) 448-3000 or by texting VOICE to 20121. Additionally, their website offers valuable tips and tools on various issues including coping skills, transitioning to adulthood, anxiety, abuse, identity, depression, and more.
Boys Town National Hotline offers round-the-clock crisis support for children and families, addressing various issues such as suicidal thoughts, self-harm, abuse, bullying, and relationship challenges at (800) 448-3000.
The Trevor Project offers LGBTQ youth free and confidential crisis intervention and suicide prevention services, available 24/7 at (866)-488-7386, through text by texting “START” to 678-678, or via chat at www.thetrevorproject.org.
